→ I was introduced to life (yeah, it doesn't look cute said like that) in Germany, in 1984. I grew up in a wealthy family and was raised the hard way. I have two older brothers, a twin brother (like, a real one, he looks exactly like me) and a little sister. I had another little sister but she died a year ago, she was involved in a car crash. I wasn't aware of that accident, so I never attented to her funerals, but my parents and family are mad at me because of my absence. It's been twelve years since I didn't see any of them, but in a way, I feel much better now.
→ Bullied all my school life, things haven't been easy for me when I was a child. Nobody really cared and my parents always said I was overeacting, so I just stopped complaining and took the blame when I came back home with dirty and damaged clothing and bruises from the bullies. Most of the time, I just went back to school with the same destroyed yet cleaned shirts and jeans 'cause my parents thought it would teach me not to waste their money again.
→ I left Germany when I was nineteen, to run away from this crazy family and all these people I hated. It was also the only way for me to be different from my twin brother, yet not just a worse version of him. All my life we've been compared. But he always won. Smarter, brighter, stronger, healthier, he was always better than me, and had everything he wanted, while I only got blamed for not being good enough.
→ I went to France before deciding to leave for England. I lived there for five years, more or less. It wasn't funnier, people were not very friendly with me, I still don't know if it was because of me, of my nationality or just because french people are kinda rude naturally.
→ I was nearly twenty-four when I came to London to study. I found a job there, but I hadn't enough money to pay a rent. So, until I left for Bournemouth, I lived under bridges, or wherever I found peace at night. That's when I started drinking more than I should, and became alcoholic. Nobody knows, people just think I have something with alcohol during parties like a lot of others have. Still, it's destroying me, and I don't really know how much time I have left before it starts killing me for good.
→ I was twenty-nine when I got offered to work as a teacher at Help Yourself. I lied a lot to be employed. They didn't know I was homeless and I didn't tell all the truth about the person I was. Still, they must think I'm not that bad 'cause I've been working there for two years now.
