The bedroom's door closes with a loud noise behind her, as she steps in the hallway. Luckily there's no one around to remind her to be quiet, even during the day. Chloé is in a hurry, sort of, as she's supposed to meet a guy at 4pm right at the school doors. Which is in, like... 5 minutes. Right. Yesterday night, she left a note on the school's common chanel, asking for a favour. Usually she doesn't ask anything to anyone but in that case, well, unless she wants to get lost every time she'd put a foot in this damn school... asking for someone to show her around was her best option. And she gets to socialise, as well. She waves at some students outside the residence building who said hi. She doesn't know anyone yet but she's not really worried about that.
There's no one waiting at the door when she gets there. She's right on time, though. She takes a quick look around her just to make sure that she doesn't see any guy with a phone in his hand, probably looking for her. All she sees is the receptionist behind her desk. She's basically alone in the school hallway, which feels kinda weird but she's not complaining. She takes her phone out of her pocket and sends a short text to Tom, the guy she's supposed to meet at 4. Tom, is it like, French or something ? That could be fun. As long as he doesn't fucks up the pronunciation of her name.
